1. 词汇问题

首先是词汇问题，大部分GRE填空中，考生即使词汇掌握不到家，一个空格五个选项中有1-2个不认识，也可以依靠题目给出的各类线索，比如句子结构关系，特定提示词汇，其它关联选项等等绕开生词找到正确答案。但在短题中，这类线索统统不存在，考生万网只能靠着过硬的词汇功底来正面解答，没有任何取巧的方法余地。这就让词汇功底不过关的考生觉得很为难了。

2. 细节问题
