"People are waking up," said the event organizer Gary John. "We're seeing an explosion of interest in Flat Earth theories and increasing mistrust of governments."
"One is that, go look or stand outside - the world is clearly not moving!" he said.
The second is that "no matter where you live on this supposed ball, you seem to live right on top of it."
"Someone should be living on the side of the ball, with a perfectly vertical landscape, and people should be living underneath it, walking upside down," reasoned Nesbit.
"We know that continuous east-west travel is a reality," he said, according to The Telegraph.
"One logical possibility for those who are truly free thinkers is that space-time wraps around and we get a Pac-Man effect."
"My research destroys Big Bang cosmology," speaker David Marsh claimed, according to The Telegraph. "It supports the idea that gravity doesn't exist and the only true force in nature is electromagnetism."
After years of preparation, construction of a branch of the Palace Museum formally kicked off last Wednesday in Beijing's northwestern outskirts.
The branch, covering about 620,000 sq m in the north of Haidian district, will serve as a satellite institution of the complex.
The branch will include 35,000 sq m of exhibition space, a conservation center of 20,000 sq m for cultural relics, and a warehouse of 23,000 sq m, according to Shan Jixiang, director of the Palace Museum.
Plans call for it to fully open in June 2022, but the conservation center may be ready for visits by the public in 2020, when the Forbidden City will celebrate its 600th birthday, Shan said.
"Having such an institution will improve our service and expand our room to display our collections," he said.
The lack of sufficient exhibition space has been a lingering problem for the museum, which houses more than 1.86 million cultural relics.
The need to provide a safe and secure environment for artifacts exhibited in the ancient buildings has meant that only 2 percent of the museum's treasures can be simultaneously displayed to the public.
"Our collections of large items, like the huge number of tapestries and sedan chairs, particularly need exhibition spaces," Shan said. "It's currently impossible to display them in the Forbidden City, but the new museum will offer good conditions to put them on display."
Lao Gan Ma, especially chili sauce flavor with picture of a middle-age women printed on it. Literally one of the best sauces, I think. All people who have known what I felt are not surprised when they saw me eating three piece of bread with a bottle of Lao Gan Ma.
I would definitely have to say that I love my Chinese-brand Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro. This phone is cheap, performs as if it costs twice it’s $280 price, is completely customizable, slick, and has a whole lot of memory storage.
I just love this drink. Can never get enough of it.
Wong Lo Kat or Wanglaoji in pinyin, is a Chinese herbal tea, and one of the more popular tea drinks in China today. It is sold in many forms and different types of containers.

Using a mobile phone while cycling is to be banned in the Netherlands amid mounting safety fears in a country where bikes outnumber people.
A draft law scheduled to take effect next July will extend an existing 2002 ban on car and lorry drivers using their mobile phones at the wheel unless in hands-free mode to "the use of a mobile electronic device while driving any vehicle (including a bicycle)".
The Dutch transport minister, Cora van Nieuwenhuizen, said the law was needed because the advent of social media and unlimited mobile data had changed how people used smartphones and the time they spent on them.
Cyclists were excluded from the initial ban because of their lower speeds, Van Niewenhuizen said.
"But in fact, using a phone is just as dangerous on a bike as it is in a car," she said. "The fact is that whenever you're on the road you should be paying full attention and not doing anything at all on a phone."
The increasing popularity of electric bikes meant cyclists' average speed had risen, the minister added, while the country's 22,000 miles of cycle lanes and paths had become more crowded.
The Netherlands has more bikes -- about 22.5m -- than people: 17 million. Almost a quarter of the population cycles every day and cycle use has increased by about 12% since 2005; the average Dutch cyclist now covers more than 600 miles a year in 250-300 trips.
